The Staffing data has been restored and EZ Access reports are available and up-to-date.

New Report Available

We have a new report available under the UCPath Payroll menu titled “Historical Paycheck”. This report provides itemized earnings, deductions, taxes, and absence “takes” -- in short, the information that UCPath used to calculate an employee’s net paycheck. It includes both on cycle and off cycle checks. Note: this report is not meant to provide distribution of expenses.

The Historical Paycheck report includes a few reporting fields that do not have a corresponding description yet; this description lookup is expected to be completed in a future release. In the meantime, the key descriptions to know are:

Coming Soon

We are currently doing beta testing of two new reports under UCPath Employee menu titled “Positions without Funding” and “Positions with Expired Funding”. These reports will help departments proactively enter funding data decreasing the need to retroactively enter the funding data and make salary cost transfers to correct general ledger data.
