RE: New Data Warehouse Website and Support Portal

 

The Data Warehouse team is proud to announce two major upgrades for Data Warehouse users: a new website and a new way to request support.

On June 14, we are launching a new, UC Santa Barbara-branded Data Warehouse website at datawarehouse.ucsb.edu with clean, easy-to-use navigation and an updated look and feel. With Data Warehouse and Hyperion, you will also be able to update your security with the self-service password change tool. For EZ Access, you can manage your password via Identity.

In conjunction with the new website, we are implementing a new way to request Data Warehouse assistance: Emails to datawarehouse@ucsb.edu will now automatically generate a ServiceNow ticket. The Data Warehouse team will respond and monitor these requests through the IT Services portal. In addition to being able to review the status of your tickets at any time, you can submit tickets on behalf of other users.

  • Call 805-893-5000 (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.)
  • Visit ithelp.ucsb.edu and submit a Chat via the Information Technology Services Portal, or
  • Visit the Data Services page in the IT Services catalog to submit a question, access request, report request, or problem ticket.
