The June Interim Period 13 GL data (ledger date = 202106, fiscal year = 2021) and reports are now available in the Data Warehouse.
Every ledger transaction posted to the June ledger contains a CLOSING CYCLE code indicating which part of the fiscal year end process the transaction was posted:
P = prelim transactions
I = interim transactions (expected July 16)
W = worksheet transactions (posted by BFS only)
F final transactions (posted by BFS only, expected August 4)
The June Payroll Data set is complete and there will be no additional Payroll Transactions added to the June GL for ledger date 202106.
The July ledger data is estimated to be available in the Data Warehouse on August 23, 2021.
