June Interim (ledger date = 202006, fiscal year = 2020) ledger data and reports are now available in the Data Warehouse. Chart of Accounts data (account titles, fund titles, etc.) have also been refreshed.
Distinguishing June Transactions
Every ledger transaction posted to the June ledger contains a Closing Cycle code indicating which part of the fiscal year end process the transaction was posted:
P = prelim transactions
I = interim transactions
W = worksheet transactions (posted by BFS only)
F = final transactions (posted by BFS only)
June Final ledger data is estimated to be available on August 5.
UCPath Funding Rollover - Business & Financial Services (BFS) Call for Action
The following message is an extract from BFS Communications titled "Action Required by 7/17: UCPath Funding Rollover." Please refer to the original email for details or contact BFS.
"For a list of departments and position numbers for employees tied to fund 89998 for FY2021, please review this Google Sheet. To prepare for the July bi-weekly payroll, departments need to update the funding for positions with active employees to avoid processing to the Default Account-Fund 89998. Failure to make these updates will require a Salary Cost Transfer in UCPath to correct."
